PICTURES OF MY QUILT

Labor Day weekend was much to short with such beautiful weather. We had rain Saturday evening, but we managed to get into church and the reception without getting wet.
I was a little disappointed because my pictures didn't turn out of the bride and groom. She was a beautiful bride. I got to see family that I hadn't seen for a long time. The youngest was 3 weeks old and the oldest was in the 80's.
I thought I would show you pictures of my quilt and some of the Halloween tea towels and puppy tea towels that I made as a wedding presents. The last just has to be ironed and put in the box.  I am going to put my quilt  in my etsy shop, because I don't want family fighting over it and I only have the one done. My daughter would be the first to tell you she got it. She wanted to know where her Halloween tea towel was. She decorates the house for Halloween.
The print material is the back side. It is reversible so you can have either side up on your bed. It is a matter of taste and which you really want to show off.
The Halloween tea towels are for a bridal shower. They are two of the six that I made. I will be putting some in my etsy shop as quick as I get some more done. They won't be on the striped towel because I have to order some more of them. If you would like to order one, just send me an e-mail. I would be happy to oblige you.
The dog tea towels was done with some Valdani thread that I purchased from my friend Michelle at Raspberry Rabbit Blog. She is having a giveaway so you might want to pop over to see her.

I will be trying to catch up with my reading  and I have been stopping by just not getting to leave messages.

The ribbon design

T.
This will give you an idea of the ribbon design plus some of the other details that are on the quilt. I don't have a clue how many hours I have in embroidering it. I just know that when you at the hospital you have to have something to occupy your mind besides the illness that is being treated.

Its cool and rainy here, fall weather.
