Prayers Please

I need your prayers for this next week to see me through all of the doctors visit. Our visit this week was not good. Instead of helping , the iron infusion didn't work. His blood counts dropped instead of improving.  It is the first time, we have had that happen in all the time we have been getting them.  We don't know if he is bleeding again or exactly what is going on. We see our primary on Tuesday to see what the next plan of action will be. They want to give him another iron infusion on Wednesday. I just want to know if he is bleeding or what. I know we have a problem with the blood clotting, which is why we have taken a medication for a long time that is suppose to help. I know that we have to pay for it out of our pocket because it isn't covered by insurance. They will pay for blood transfusions.  It has been an emotional roller coaster for me. It is the first time that I haven't  had an indication of what is going on with him. I just know that there is a problem. I see when little things aren't right . His eyes get a dull look for one thing. When he doesn't want to go for a ride as soon as I come home from work, you know there is a problem. I have been some more research to try to find out as much as possible so that I can ask questions when we see the doctor. He has been with us since day one and I know I can count on him when I need him. .
We have to get him feeling better by the first weekend in March. Our boy is flying home to take care of some things over the weekend and while he is  home we want to go to dinner to celebrate dad's birthday late and his birthday early. We have had so much sickness going on in the families that we haven't been able to get together. Hubby has been sick and had two rounds of antibiotics. We just didn't want him in the hospital because of his immune system not being what it should be and afraid that he would come in contact with something else. .
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend. I am off to pack a box for shipping so I can get that done tomorrow. I am shipping one of my pillows to Tulsa, Oklahoma. It makes me feel good when I sell something in my etsy shop.

Hi Shirley, sorry to hear about the problems. I had to have a transfusion last year because my count was dangerously low and I could hardly walk across the road to work. That contributed to my retiring. I pray things will improve. I'm just stopping by to say how delightful your blog is. Thanks so much for sharing. I have recently found your blog and am now following you, and will visit often. Please stop by my blog and perhaps you would like to follow me also. Have a wonderful day. Hugs, Chris

Hi Shirley...this has been a tough round for you and your family. I hope your primary doctor will be able to give you some answers tomorrow...he sounds like a good doctor. Hang in there..stay healthy and remember that there are lots out here who are watching and praying for you and your hubby. Maura X
