Happy New Year

This is another picture I took during the crazy weather that we had. It is in the high 40's today and I am having a quiet day of reading blogs and doing what I want to do.

I was so exhausted from the last two days with everything I had to do that I needed a little down time. The house is peaceful and quiet with hubby taking a nap. He doesn't have much energy today. He gets to feeling better and then we do to much. I am off work until Monday the 5th. With all the holidays I haven't worked that much the last two weeks. I have been working on projects that I need to get done so I will have some new things for my etsy shop.

We are trying a new prescription d insurance provider this year. I am having a hard time believing the prices with the differences in the prices. Even the co-pays are anywhere to 15.00 to 20.00 cheaper. It is kinda like shopping for a new car. Ha.

I see so many things that I would like to try, but not enough hours to do it all.

Happy New Year

Hi Shirley,
My daughter in law gave me a vintage tea towel with hand embroidery on it for Christmas and it just reminds me so much of your wonderful pieces.
I used to do crewel work but haven't tried it for years.
Glad to see some artists bringing it back.
blessings,

Hi Shirley ~ Happy New Year :)

I just read the message you left for me on ECS and your nice comments are so appreciated. My internet browser doesn't get along with ning very well so I wasn't able to leave you a comment there.

Your embroidery work is wonderful and your blog is so pretty... your wintery photos are beautiful!

Best wishes for 2009,
Angela
